VAT not included (21%) - Spanish VAT only applies to Spanish institutions
Payment could be made by credit card (2.5% bank taxes will be added) or bank transfer (only in Euros in the later case) through the registration system (all bank charges and commissions must be paid by the participants). Please note that your invoice will be issued in Euros. A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you after a successful registration. | INVOICING |

| Invoices will be sent on behalf of a legal person (university or company) without VAT (except Spain). If an invoice is requested by a natural person, the VAT should be added. |

| CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY |

Requests to change conference registration and cancellations must be made in writing and to be emailed to the COMRAD2024 local secretariat (info@comradspintronicsconf.com).

INSURANCE
The Organisation Committee will not be responsible for any medical expenses, lost property, or accidents during the COMRAD2024 Conference and we strongly recommend that participants make all necessary insurance arrangements for themselves.
